标题：足趾断层甲床移植修复手指甲床缺损38例

      【摘要】 目的 探讨足趾断层甲床修复手指甲床缺损的治疗效果。方法 2007年6月至2011年6月对手指
甲床缺损的38例（38指）患者，取第一足趾断层甲床游离移植修复，缝合固定，加压包扎，12 d拆线。结果 本组
38例（38指）患者术后移植甲床除一例中心小面积坏死外，其余病例全部一期成活，术后随访6~24个月，平均10
个月，按吕桂欣甲床修复评分标准，优14例，良19例，差5例，优良率为86.84%。结论 足趾断层甲床移植修复
手指甲床缺损能有效保留受伤指体完整，恢复指甲外观，效果理想。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the treatment effect of fault nail bed free grafting in the treatment of nail
bed defect. Methods Thirty-eight patients (38 fingers) with nail bed defect from June 2007 to June 2011 were
enrolled in the study. The defect was repaired by using the first toes fault nail bed graft, sutured, and bandaged.
Then stitches were taken out after 12 days. Results The nail bed survived after transplantation in all the pa-
tients, in addition to one patient with little necrosis in the central area. The patients were followed up for 6 to 24
months after operation, 10 months in average. According to the Grading the criteria of Lv Gui-xin for nail bed re-
pair, the results were excellent in 14 cases, good in 19 cases, and poor in 5 cases, with the excellent and good rate
of 86.84%. Conclusion For repairing finger nail bed defect, fault nail bed free grafting can effectively preserve the
integrity of the finger and restore the look of the nails, with satisfactory results.
