      【摘要】 目的 探讨慢性甲苯中毒对脑电活动的影响。方法 对48例慢性甲苯中毒患者进行脑电图(EEG)检
查,并随机选择48名正常人作为对照组,同时将慢性苯中毒患者分为不同工龄组进行分析对比。结果 慢性甲苯中
毒组EEG异常31例(64.6%),对照组8例(16.7%),慢性苯中毒组EEG异常率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),两组比
较差异有统计学意义,慢性苯中毒不同工龄组EEG比较差异无统计学意义。结论 苯的毒性作用对脑细胞的电
生理有一定影响,毒性作用并不随着工龄的上升而增加。EEG作为一种无创性电生理检查,可用于慢性甲苯中
毒的辅助诊断。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of chronic benzolism on EEG activity. Methods For-
ty-eight patients with chronic benzolism were monitored by EEG, and 48 healthy controls were also examined. Pa-
tients with different lengths of service were analyzed simultaneously. Results EEG abnormality in patients with
chronic benzolism were 31 cases (64.6%), and 8 cases (16.7%) in controls. The abnormality in patients with chronic
benzolism were markedly higher than that in healthy controls (P<0.01). The different seniority of chronic benzene
poisoning has no significant effect on EEG activity. Conclusion Benzene toxic effects on brain cell electrophysiolo-
gy had certain effect, but the toxic effects did not vary with the age increases. EEG, as a noninvasive electrophysilogi-
cal examination, can be used for the diagnosis of chronic toluene poisoning.
