      【摘要】 目的 探讨男性乳腺发育症的高频彩色多普勒超声表现及其诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析成都
大学附属医院自2007年10月至2012年10月行高频彩色多普勒超声检查的29例男性乳腺发育症的声像图特点
并对其进行总结。结果 29例男性乳腺肿块均经临床或病理证实为乳腺增生。腺体层厚度 3~15 mm,平均约
6.3 mm。男性乳腺发育症的超声表现为乳头下方或偏向一侧的弥漫型、结节型及类女性乳腺型低回声区,回声
不均匀或斑片状回声,边界清楚,血流不丰富,部分病例探及点状血流信号。结论 高频彩色多普勒超声具有简
便、无创伤、可重复性、敏感性高的特点,是诊断男性乳腺增生症首选检查及动态监测的有效手段。

Diagnostic value of high-frequency Doppler ultrasound in gynecomastia.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of high-frequency Doppler ultrasound in gyneco-
mastia. Methods The sonographic features of the 29 patients with gynecomastia examined by high-frequency Dop-
pler ultrasound from Oct. 2007 to Oct. 2012 in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University Hospital were retrospec-
tively analyzed. Results The breast lumps of the 29 patients were proved to be mammary gland hyperplasia. The
thickness of the breast gland was 3~15 mm (6.3 mm in average). The sonographic feature was the hypo-echoic area
below or to one side of the niddle, and the shape presented as diffuse nodular type, female breast and nodules type.
Conclusion High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound can be as the first detection and dynamic monitoring choice
because it is simple, noninvasive, repeatable, highly sensitive and effective.
