标题：社区康复措施在康复期精神分裂症患者中的应用效果观察

      【摘要】 目的 探讨社区精神康复服务与家庭干预等社区康复措施对康复期精神分裂患者的疗效。
方法 将本院辖区内46例精神分裂症患者随机分为社区康复组和单纯药物治疗组，两组患者均给予抗精神病
药物治疗，社区康复组在此基础上给予社区精神卫生服务与家庭干预，分别于治疗前、治疗后3个月、6个月、12
个月对两组患者进行社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS）、康复状态量表（MRSS）评分，并计算两组患者的复发率、再
住院率、再就业率。结果 两组患者3个月 SDSS、MRSS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，而社区康复组6个月、
12个月的SDSS、MRSS评分以及复发率、再住院率显著低于单纯药物组(P<0.05)，而再就业率显著高于单纯药物
组(P<0.05)。结论 在药物治疗的基础上，给予精神分裂患者社区康复措施可以显著减轻患者症状，提高患者的
生活质量，并改善患者的社会适应能力。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of community-based rehabilitation (CBR) measure for pa-
tients with schizophrenia, such as community-based mental health services, family intervention. Methods Forty-six
patients with schizophrenia under the jurisdiction of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: CBR
