标题：高血压病患者血清抵抗素水平与左室肥厚的相关性研究

      【摘要】 目的 观察高血压病并左室肥厚(LVH)患者血清抵抗素水平的改变，探讨抵抗素与LVH的相关性。
方法 选择临床高血压患者67例，其中单纯高血压组（HTN组）35例，LVH组 32例，另外选择30例健康人为正常对
照组。所有入选患者均在入选后测定血压（BP）、室间隔厚度（IVST）、左室后壁厚度(LVPWT)、左室质量指数
（LVMI）和血清抵抗素水平。结果 （1）LVH组与HTN组比较，IVST [(13.31±2.07) mm vs (10.47±1.48) mm]、
LVPWT [(12.79±2.01) mm vs (10.68±1.51) mm]、LVMI [（142.26±6.39）g/m2 vs（118.65±4.84）g/m2]均明显增加(P<
0.05)。(2) HTN组和LVH组患者的血清抵抗素水平分别为(0.78±0.16) ?g/L和(1.02±0.31) ?g/L，均明显高于正常对
照组的(0.53±0.11) ?g/L，P<0.05，而LVH组血清抵抗素水平又高于HTN组 [(1.02±0.31) ?g/L vs 0.78±0.16) ?g/L，P<
0.05] 结论 血清抵抗素与LVH相关，可以作为临床预防和治疗LVH的靶点。

Correlation between resistin and left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with hypertension.

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the relationship between resistin and left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) in
patients with hypertension. Methods Sixty-seven patients were divided into HTN group (hypertension) and the LVH
group (hypertension complicated with left ventricular hypertrophy group). Thirty healthy individuals were selected as
the control group. Blood pressure (BP), interventricular septum thickness (IVST), left ventricular posterior wall thick-
ness (LVPWT), left ventricular mass index (LVMI) and resistin were measured. Results (1) IVST [(13.31±2.07) mm
vs (10.47±1.48) mm], LVPWT [(12.79±2.01) mm vs (10.68 ±1.51) mm], LVMI [(142.26±6.39) g/m2 vs (118.65±4.84) g/m2] in
the LVH group were significantly increased than those in the HTN group ( P<0.05). (2) Resistin level was significant-
ly different between the HTN group [(0.78±0.16) μg/L] and the LVH group [(1.02±0.31) μg/L], both of which were
significantly higher than that in the control group [(0.53±0.11) μg/L, P<0.05]. Conclusion Resistin is correlated to
LVH, which can be used as target for prevention and treatment of LVH.
