      【摘要】 目的 对我院口服降血糖药的应用情况进行分析，为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法 对我院
2011年口服降血糖药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)进行统计、分析。结果 我院口服降血糖药
葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的销售金额最高，占35.11%。用药频度排序位于前3位的依次为瑞格列奈片(诺和龙)、阿卡波
糖片(拜糖苹)、比格列酮胶囊(贝唐宁)。结论 医院口服降血糖药使用情况基本合理。

【Abstract】 Objective The analyze the use of oral hypoglycemic agents in our hospital, in order to provide
reference for the rational use of drugs in clinical practice. Methods The sales of oral hypoglycemic agents, defined
daily doses (DDDs), average daily costs (DDC) were statistically analyzed in People's Hospital of Hainan Province in
2011. Results Among the oral hypoglycemic agents, glucosidase inhibitor has the maximum amount of sales, ac-
counting for 35.11%. The top three drugs that had the highest DDDs in order were repaglinide tablets (Novo Nordisk),
acarbose tablets (Baitang Ping), and pioglitazone capsules (Beitang Ning). Conclusion The use of oral hypoglyce-
mic agents in the People's Hospital of Hainan Province is basically rational.
