      【摘要】 目的 探讨Beclinl和LC3在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及两者的相关性。方法 免疫组织化学
EnVision法检测50例乳腺浸润性导管癌及相应癌旁组织的Beclin1和LC3表达,分析其临床意义。结果 乳腺
癌组织Beclin1阳性表达率[44% (22/50)]明显低于癌旁组织[100% (50/50)],LC3阳性表达率[40% (20/50)]明显低于
癌旁组织[92% (46/50)];Beclin1和LC3表达均与患者病理分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移情况有关(P<0.05),而与患者
年龄、绝经状况、乳头侵犯及患者ER、PR依赖性无关(P>0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示两者在乳腺癌中的表达无相
关性。结论 乳腺导管癌组织中LC3和Beclin1阳性表达率低于癌旁组织,两者可能均与乳腺癌的发生、发展相关。

Expression of Beclin1 and LC3 in the tissue of invasive ductal carcinoma.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of Beclin1 and LC3 in the tissue of invasive ductal carci-
noma (IDC) and to evaluate the relationship of them. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to determine
the expression of Beclin1 and LC3 protein in 50 patients of IDC and nearby mucosa of the carcinoma. The relation-
ship between the gene expression and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results The positive expression
rate of Beclin1 in IDC (44%, 22/50) was significantly lower than that in nearby mucosa of the carcinoma (100%, 50/50).
The positive expression rate of LC3 in IDC (40%, 20/50) was significantly lower than that in nearby mucosa of the car-
cinoma (92%, 46/50). The expression of Beclin1 and LC3 were correlated with the clinicopathological features, tissue
types and neck lymph node metastasis in IDC (P<0.05), but showed no correlation with ages, menopausal status, nip-
ple infringement status, and the patients' ER and PR dependence (P>0.05). The expression of Beclin1 was not correlat-
ed with the expression of LC3. Conclusion Expression of Beclin1 and LC3 is down-regulated in IDC tissues, which
might be related to the tumorigenesis and development of IDC.
