标题：软衬材料用于下颌双侧游离端缺失修复的临床疗效评价

      【摘要】 目的 评价软衬材料用于下颌双侧游离端缺失修复时的临床疗效。方法 选48例下颌游离端缺
失后，牙槽嵴低平、旧义齿修复产生压痛反复调改无法缓解和旧义齿固位力差、咀嚼效率低下的患者，随机分为两
组，一组用自凝软衬材料衬垫旧义齿，一组常规用自凝树脂衬垫，并于衬垫后3个月、6个月、12个月后，对两组患者进
行使用义齿衬垫前后满意度的问卷调查。调查结果用SPSS13.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果 对比发现，用义齿
软衬材料后，患者反映咀嚼功能、固位功能和舒适性得到显著改善(P<0.01)。结论 对牙槽嵴条件差的下颌双侧游
离端缺失的患者，使用软衬材料衬垫义齿修复能获得良好的临床效果，并能提高患者的满意度。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of soft-lining material to bilateral free-end mandibu-
lar removable partial denture partial denture. Methods Forty-eight patients whose alveolar ridge was low and flat,
were chosen in the study. Their old denture tenderness after repeated failed to relieve the change, meanwhile the den-
ture was not stable and low efficiency in chewing. They were divided into. two groups. One with self-curing soft lin-
ing old denture, another with self-curing risin lining old denture. And after 3, 6, 12 months, the patients were exam-
ined using denture lining materials and satisfaction questionnaire. Results Though contrast detection, the use of den-
ture soft lining materials after repair, patients reflects the retention, masticatory function, and comfort have been signif-
icantly improved (P<0.01). Conclusion It can get a good clinical effect and improve patient satisfaction for the poor
alveolar mandibular bilateral denture patients to use liners denture soft lining.
