标题：电刀电凝扁桃体切除术与等离子扁桃体切除术的疗效比较

      【摘要】 目的 观察电刀电凝扁桃体切除术与等离子扁桃体切除术在术中、术后对患者的影响。方法 将
2010年2月至2011年11月钦州市第二人民医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科需行扁桃体切除术的116例患者随机分成两组：
56例采用等离子刀切除扁桃体作为观察组，60例采用电刀法切除扁桃体作为对照组，比较两组的手术时间、术中
出血量及术后疼痛的差异。结果 两组患者手术时间及术中出血量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，观察组术后疼痛
评分显著低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论 等离子刀切除扁桃体具有术后疼痛轻的优点，有较好临床运用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tonsillectomy with electric knife and tonsillectomy
with low-temperature plasma cutter on patients during and after operation. Methods One hundred and sixteen pa-
tients scheduled for tonsillectomy from 2010.2 to 2011.11 in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck
Surgery of the Second People's Hospital of Qinzhou City were classified into two groups randomly. Patients of the ob-
servation group (n=56) were treated by tonsillectomy with low-temperature plasma cutter, and those in the control
group (n=60) were treated with tonsillectomy with electric knife. The difference between the two groups was analyzed
in the operation time, amount of bleeding, postoperative pain. Results There were no statistically significant differ-
ence in the operation time and the amount of bleeding between the two groups (P>0.05). The rating score of postopera-
tive pain of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.001). Conclusions Ton-
sillectomy with low-temperature plasma cutter has the advantage of less postoperative pain, which provides favorable
clinical value.
