      标题:FGF-21对2型糖尿病并大血管病变兔糖脂代谢的影响

      【摘要】 目的 探讨FGF-21对 2型糖尿病并大血管病变兔糖脂代谢的影响。方法 建立2型糖尿病动脉
粥样硬化兔模型,实验分为四组,A组:生理盐水治疗组;B组:FGF-21治疗组;C组:胰岛素治疗组;D组:
FGF-21+胰岛素治疗组。观察各组治疗前后空腹及餐后2 h血糖、4周末血脂的变化。结果 (1) B、C、D组均较
A组可明显的降低空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖,三组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),增加FGF-21剂量时,可有效
地降低血糖及餐后2 h血糖。(2)与A组比较,B、C、D组均可明显降低血浆总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇,升
高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇,B、C两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),D组对血脂调节优于B、C两组,差异有统计
学意义(P<0.05)。结论 FGF-21可改善 2型糖尿病并大血管病变兔的糖脂代谢,和剂量有一定的相关性;
FGF-21可协同胰岛素调节脂类代谢。

      【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of FGF-21 on glucose and lipid metabolism in rabbits with
type 2 diabetes and macrovascular complications. Methods Rabbits models with type 2 diabetes were estab-
lished by injection of alloxan, which were then divided into four groups: group A, group B, group C, group D. The
rabbits in the four groups were treated with saline, FGF-21, insulin, FGF-21 combined with insulin, respectively.
The levels of fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose were inspected, and th levels of blood lipid
were determined after four weeks. Results (1) Compared with group A, group B, C and D had significantly de-
creased levels of blood glucose, with no statistically significant difference between the three groups (P>0.05). As
the dose of FGF-21 increased, the levels of blood glucose decreased. (2) Compared with group A, group B, C and
D had significantly decreased levels of TC and LDL-C, but increased levels of HDL-C, with no statistically signif-
icant difference between Group B and C (P>0.05). Group D showed significantly superior effect than group B and
C in regulating blood lipid (P<0.05). Conclusion FGF-21 can significantly improve glucose metabolism in rabbits
with type 2 diabetes and macrovascular complications, and the effect was related to the dose of FGF-21. FGF-21 in
combination with insulin could improve lipid metabolism.
