      【摘要】 目的 探讨包干制医护配比分配模式在批量伤员紧急救助中的应用效果。方法 2011年 3月至
2013年11月我院急诊科救治26批次196例批量伤员,急诊科及相关科室医护人员在医院统一指挥领导下组建绿
色通道模式,对所有伤员实行医护配比“包干”负责制,具体为中、重伤员由1名急诊医生、1名专科医生、4名护士负责
救治,轻伤员由1名医生、2名护士全程负责救治,合理高效的进行诊断和处理,提高患者的生命质量。结果 196例
伤员中2例因有害气体中毒院前死亡,1例因车祸至严重多发伤抢救无效死亡,其余较重伤员进行救治脱险后收住
相应科室,损伤较轻的伤员则回观随诊。及时抢救率为100% (196/196),成功抢救率为98.5% (193/196)。伤员在急
诊科滞留时间平均为48 min,最短10 min,最长时间为8 h。结论 新型的包干制分配模式在批量伤员救治过程中
取得了满意的救治成功率。

Application of a new allocation model of medical staff in emergency treatment of the batch wounded.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application effect of allocation model of medical staff based on re-
sponsibility system in emergency treatment of the batch wounded. Methods From March 2011 to November 2013, a to-
tal of 26 batches (196 cases) of wounded people were treated in the Emergency Department in our hospital. Green chan-
nel mode was used for the treatment in first aid in Emergency Department, which was organized by the medical staff of
the Emergency Department and the relevant Departments under the leadership of the hospital. Medical responsibility sys-
tem was applied for all the wounded: namely one emergency doctor, one specialist, four nurses for medium or severe in-
jury, and one doctor and two nurses for mild injury. Results Among the 196 patients, 2 suffered pre-hospital death be-
cause of harmful gas poisoning, 1 of severe multiple compound injury due to traffic accident died after unsuccessful res-
cue. The rest of the severe wounded admitted to the corresponding department after treatment, and the mild wounded
were followed up. The timely rate of the rescue was 100% (196/196), and the successful rate of the rescue was 98.5%
(193/196). The residence time in the emergency department was 48 minutes on average, with the shortest of 10 minutes
and the longest of 8 hours. Conclusion The new allocation model achieves satisfactory effect in emergency treatment
of the batch wounded.
