标题：妊娠相关血浆蛋白A与妊娠高血压综合征的相关性研究

      【摘要】 目的 探讨妊娠相关血浆蛋白A(PAPPA)与妊娠期高血压综合征(PIHS)之间的关系。方法 选取2011
年6月至2015年5月期间在我院产科住院治疗的62例PIHS患者作为观察组，选取同期在我院产科住院的62例正常妊
娠产妇作为对照组。检测并比较两组受检者的PAPPA水平，对比不同病情严重程度PIHS患者的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压
(DBP)、PAPPA，并分析其相关性。结果 观察组患者的SBP [(147.3±10.8) mmHg]、DBP [(94.6±9.1) mmHg]及PAPPA
[(55.7±12.2) mIU/L]均显著高于对照组的[(117.6±11.1) mmHg、(72.3±8.9) mmHg及(28.8±12.3) mIU/L]，差异均有显
著统计学意义(P<0.01)；PIHS患者随着病情的加重，SBP、DBP以及PAPPA均显著增高(P<0.01)；不同严重程度的三组
PIHS患者SBP、DBP与PAPPA均呈显著正相关(r=0.31，P<0.01；r=0.19，P<0.01)。结论 PAPPA与PIHS的发生发展密
切相关，且血浆PAPPA水平与PIHS严重程度呈显著正相关，妊娠期PAPPA检测对PIHS的诊断具有重要临床价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the relationship between pregnancy-associated plasma protein A (PAPPA)
and pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome (PIHS). Methods PAPPA was detected in 62 patients with PIHS (the
observation group) and 62 pregnant women without PIHS (the control group). Then the PAPPA were detected and com-
pared between the two groups. Systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), and PAPPA were com-
pared between patients with PIHS of different severity, and the correlations were analyzed. Results SBP, DBP, PAPPA
in the observation group [(147.3±10.8) mmHg, (94.6±9.1) mmHg, (55.7±12.2) mIU/L] were significantly higher than
(117.6±11.1) mmHg, (72.3±8.9) mmHg, (28.8±12.3) mIU/L in the control group (P<0.01). SBP, DBP, PAPPA were sig-
nificantly increased with the severity of PIHS (P<0.01). SBP, DBP had significantly positive correlation with PAPPA (r=
0.31, P<0.01; r=0.19, P<0.01). Conclusion PAPPA is closely related with the occurrence and development of PIHS,
and plasma PAPPA levels are significantly positively correlated with the severity of PIHS. The detection of PAPPA in
pregnancy has significant clinical value for the diagnosis of PIHS.
