      【摘要】 随着市场经济的不断发展与医药卫生体制改革的不断深化,公立医院在日趋激烈的竞争中能否求
得生存,其关键在于是否拥有一批高素质人才。本文利用数据库检索资料,使用Excel表对数据进行统计分析,
以宜昌市中心人民医院为例,发现公立医院人力资源配置仍然存在许多的问题,最后探索了提高医院效益、促进
医院可持续发展的策略。

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of market economy and the reform of China’s medical and
health system,the key for the public hospitals to keep competitive lies in whether they have a number of high-quality
personnel. This paper statistically analyzes the reference from the database by Excel, and presents the problems in hu-
man resources allocation in public hospitals. Finally, we provide some specific recommendations to enhance hospital
effectiveness and integrate sustainable development, taking Yichang Central People's Hospital as example.
