      【摘要】 目的 了解桂城儿童血微量元素含量情况。方法 采用BH5100型和BH2100型原子吸收光谱仪
分别测定儿童血中镁、钙、铁、铜、锌、铅的含量,并对数据进行统计分析。结果 本地区儿童存在不同程度的微
量元素缺乏。其中缺铁占54.5%,缺锌占49.0%,其次为缺钙,占43.0 %。在相同年龄组中缺乏2种及2种以上微
量元素的比率比缺乏1种微量元素的显著增高(P<0.05)。结论 本地区儿童微量元素缺乏普遍存在,家长及相关
部门应予以关注,制定相应的干预措施,保证儿童健康成长。

Investigation on blood trace elements levels in children of Guicheng Area.

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the levels of trace elements in the blood in children of Guicheng Area.
Methods Children’s serum contents of magnesium, calcium, zinc, iron, copper and lead were measured by BH5100
and BH2100 atom absorbing spectrographs. The results were statistically analyzed. Results Children in the area had
trace elements deficiency to different degrees, of which 54.5 % had iron deficiency, 49.0% had zinc deficiency, and
43.0% had calcium deficiency. In the same age group, the percentage of deficiency of two or more trace elements was
significantly higher than that of the deficiency of one trace element (P<0.05). Conclusion Trace elements deficiency
in children is universal. Parents and the related departments should pay attention to the deficiency and take correspond-
ing measures to ensure the healthy growth of the children.
