标题：高频超声声像图对乳腺结构不良的诊断价值

      【摘要】 目的 探讨高频超声声像图对乳腺结构不良的诊断效果。方法 对我院收治的102例患者采用高
频超声进行诊断，并对其中65例患者进行病理活检。结果 96例患者为双侧乳腺结构不良，6例患者为单侧乳
腺异常。小叶增生型43例，囊肿型11例，局灶性纤维化型21例，纤维腺瘤样增生型15例，导管增生型3例以及混
合型9例。102例患者中有65例进行手术病理活检，均诊断为乳腺结构不良，其中局灶性纤维化型16例，小叶增
生型21例，囊肿型9例，纤维腺瘤样增生12例以及混合型7例。结论 采用高频超声对乳腺结构不良进行诊断
具有良好的检出率及准确性，可为临床治疗提供依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of high-frequency sonography for the diagnosis of mammary
dysplasia. Methods one hundred and two patients were employed with high frequency ultrasound for the diagnosis
of mammary dysplasia, and 65 patients underwent biopsy. Results Ninety-six patients were with bilateral mammary
dysplasia, and 6 patients were with unilateral breast abnormalities,including 43 cases of lobular type, 11 cases of
cyst, 21 cases of focal fibrosis, 15 cases of fiber type adenomatous hyperplasia, 3 cases of ductal hyperplasia,
9 cases of mixed type. 65 patients underwent surgery biopsy and were diagnosed as mammary dysplasia, in-
cluding 16 cases of focal fibrosis, 21 cases of lobular hyperplasia, 9 cases of cyst type, 12 cases of fiber adeno-
matous hyperplasia, and 7 cases of mixed type. Conclusion The high-frequency ultrasound has a good detection
rate to diagnose mammary dysplasia.
