标题：吡格列酮联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 观察吡格列酮联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的临床疗效。方法 将我院收治
并诊断为多囊卵巢综合征的患者84例随机分为研究组和对照组各42例，两组患者均从月经第5天开始服用克罗
米芬50 mg/d，连用5 d，研究组同时在月经第1天开始服用吡格列酮15 mg/d，连续服用12周。观察并记录两组患
者治疗前后体重指数（BMI）、空腹血糖（FBG）、空腹胰岛素（INS）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）、雌二醇
（E2）和睾酮（T）变化情况，观察两组患者排卵情况。结果 治疗后研究组排卵27例（64.3%），对照组排卵16例
（38.1%），研究组排卵率高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后两组患者BMI、FBG、INS、FSH、LH及T均较治疗前有所降
低，差异均具有统计计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组BMI、FBG、INS、LH及T较对照组下降更明显，差异均具有统计学
意义（P<0.05）。结论 吡格列酮联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征能显著降低患者FBG、INS、LH及T水平，提
高排卵和妊娠率，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of pioglitazone ketone combined with clomiphene ci-
trate in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods Eighty-four patients diagnosed as polycystic
ovary syndrome were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 42 cases in each group. All
the patients took clomiphene citrate 50 mg/d for 5 consecutive days from the the 5th day of menstrual cycle. Patients
in the study group also took pioglitazone 15 mg/d for 12 consecutive weeks from the 1st of menstrual cycle. Body
mass index (BMI), fasting blood glucose (FBG), fasting insulin (INS), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing
hormone (LH), estradiol (E2) and testosterone (T) changes were observed. Results After treatment, 27 patients
(64.3%) in the study group and 16 patients (38.1%) in the control group were found with ovulation, and the ovulation
rate of the study group was significantly higher (P<0.05). After treatment, BMI, FBG, INS, FSH, LH, and T in the two
group were all significantly decreased compared with before treatment (P<0.05), and the decrease in the study group
were significantly more profound (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, pioglitazone
ketone combined with clomiphene citrate can significantly reduce the levels of FBG, INS, LH and T, and increase the
ovulation and pregnancy rate, which is worthy of clinical application.
