标题：阴式全子宫切除术加阴道前后壁修补术治疗子宫脱垂的临床疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 探讨阴式全子宫切除术加阴道前后壁修补术治疗子宫脱垂的临床效果。方法 选择2009
年1月至2011年1月在我院治疗的子宫脱垂患者80例，随机分为实验组与对照组各40例，实验组给予阴式全子
宫切除术加阴道前后壁修补术，对照组给予阴道前后壁修补术。比较两组患者的手术治疗效果。结果 两组患
者相比，手术时间对照组比实验组短，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治愈率实验组与对照组分别为90% (36/40)和
75% (30/40)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；复发率实验组与对照组分别为 0%、10% (4/40)，差异有统计学意义
(P<0.05)。结论 阴式全子宫切除术加阴道前后壁修补术治疗子宫脱垂是目前临床上良好的治疗方案，具有
治愈率高、复发低的特点，值得临床上推广。

Clinical analysis of transvaginal hysterectomy plus anterior and posterior colporrhaphy in the treatment of uterine
prolapse.

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of transvaginal hysterectomy plus anterior and posterior colpor-
rhaphy in the treatment of uterine prolapse. Methods Eighty patients with uterine prolapse in our hospital from Janu-
ary 2009 to January 2011 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: the study group and the control group.
The study group applied transvaginal hysterectomy plus anterior and posterior colporrhaphy, while the control group
applied anterior and posterior colporrhaphy. The clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results Com-
pared with the control group, the study group has significantly higher effective rate [(90%, 36/40) vs (75%,
30/40)] and significantly lower recurrence rate [(0, 0) vs 10%，(4/40)], but significantly longer operation dura-
tion. Conclusion For treating patients with uterine prolapsed, transvaginal hysterectomy plus anterior and posteri-
or colporrhaphy has high effective rate and low recurrence rate, which should be widely used in clinical practice.
