标题：放疗联合新辅助化疗治疗中晚期鼻咽癌前瞻性研究

      【摘要】 目的 观察放疗联合新辅助化疗治疗中晚期鼻咽癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法 80例中晚期鼻咽
癌患者随机分为实验组(40例)和对照组(40例)。其中实验组给予新辅助化疗两个疗程，化疗后常规放射；对照组
单纯放疗。结果 所有病例如期完成治疗，治疗后6个月的临床疗效实验组CR比例明显高于对照组，差异具有
统计学意义（P＜0.05）；且实验组1年生存率为95.00%，2年生存率为85.00%，3年生存率为72.50%，均明显高于
对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 放疗联合
新辅助化疗治疗中晚期鼻咽癌与单纯放疗相比具有明显的优势，值得在临床上进一步推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and toxicity of radiotherapy combined with concurrent neoad-
juvant chemotherapy for the treatment of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods A total of 80 patients with
advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into the study group (n=40) and the control group (n=40).
The study group was treated by neoadjuvant chemotherapy before concurrent radiotherapy, while the control group
was given routine radiotherapy alone. Results All the patients had finished the treatment on time. At the end of radio-
therapy and 6 months after treatment, CR ratio in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control
group, (P<0.05). The 1 year survival rate, 2 year survival rate of the study group, and 3 year survival rate were
95.00%, 85.00%, and 72.50%, significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse
reactions showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Radiotherapy
combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy has obvious advantages over radiotherapy alone in the treatment of ad-
vanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma, which can be further extended in clinical practice.
