标题：野战方舱内救治四肢损伤出血的动物实验研究

      【摘要】 目的 研究在放舱内模拟野战条件下犬四肢损伤出血的救治时效性。方法 选择6只正常精壮雄
性犬，对其模拟野战战伤导致四肢神经血管损伤止血包扎施治，观察在放舱内对于救治重伤犬肢体坏死的效果，
有无感染及血肿，有无并发症。结果 在方舱内为模拟野战或地震灾害环境下四肢血管损伤的雄性犬进行急诊
包扎止血，6只犬全部存活，肢体无截肢，仅1例感染濒临坏死，血管神经周围组织无血肿，无并发症。结论 战
场中在手术方舱内展开损伤控制性手术为肢体伤口有效止血，可以为外科手术争取时间，做到最大限度控制肢
体存活率及死亡率。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the treatment timeliness of dog limbs injury bleeding in simulation field con-
ditions . Methods six normal strong male dogs were chosen , and the simulation field war wound led to limb nerve
vascular injury by bleeding bind, observed in put in for treatment of serious injury dog body of the necrotic treatment
effect, have without infection and hematoma, and presence of complications. Results In the shelter in simulation
field or earthquake disaster environment extremities vascular injury male dog for emergency bind up hemostatic, 6
dog all live, and body without amputation, only 1 case of infection is on the verge of necrosis, blood vessels nerve sur-
rounding tissues no hematoma, and no complications. Conclusion The battlefield in operation in the shelter on dam-
age control surgery for body wound effective hemostatic, can for surgery for time, to maximum limit control body sur-
vival rate and mortality.
