标题：整体护理对皮肤科门诊患者心理状态的影响

      【摘要】 目的 探讨整体护理对皮肤科门诊患者心理状态影响。方法 选取2010年7月至2011年2月我
院皮肤科门诊就诊的采用整体护理实施后的123例患者作为整体护理组，2009年8月至2010年6月121例未实
施整体护理的患者作为一般护理组。采用问卷调查的形式，观察比较两组患者护理实施前后焦虑自评量表
(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分情况及对护理服务满意度。结果 护理干预实施后，整体护理组的SAS及SDS
评分低于护理实施前，整体护理组的SAS评分和SDS评分明显低于一般护理组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；整
体护理组患者的总满意率为96.74%，明显高于普通护理组的90.08%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 整体
护理能够提高皮肤科门诊护理工作服务质量，减轻患者焦虑和抑郁的心理，提高患者的满意度。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of holistic nursing care on the psychological state of outpa-
tients in the Department of Dermatology. Methods One hundred and twenty-three outpatients in the Department of
Dermatology who were treated with holistic nursing care from Jul. 2010 to Feb. 2011 were enrolled as the study
group. One hundred and twenty-one patients who were not treated with holistic nursing care from Aug. 2009 to Jun.
2010 were enrolled as the control group. The score of SAS, SDS and patient satisfaction were analyzed and compared
between the two groups. Results The SAS and SDS scores after holistic nursing care were significantly lower than
that before holistic nursing care (P<0.01) in the study group, which is significantly lower in the study group than the
control group (P<0.01). The rate of patient satisfaction in the study group was 96.74%, significantly higher than that in
the control group (90.08%). Conclusion Holistic nursing care can improve service quality of the Department of Der-
matology, relieve the the patients' anxiety and depression, and increase patient satisfaction.
