标题：分化型甲状腺癌患者 131I治疗的辐射防护护理干预

      【摘要】 目的 探讨分化型甲状腺癌（Differentiated thyroid cancer，DTC）进行 131I治疗的辐射防护护理干预
措施。方法 治疗前对患者进行心理干预，消除患者的紧张焦虑情绪，避免出现放射性污染事件，患者服 131I后，
按要求在放射性核素病房隔离，达到安全剂量方可解除隔离。隔离期间医护人员通过可视对讲系统指导患者生
活习惯，避免排泄物污染，减少不必要的辐射，密切观察放射治疗反应，关注隔离期间患者的心理健康。患者出
院后指导患者采取辐射防护措施，随访患者出现的近远期并发症。结果 本研究对采用 131I治疗的68例分化型
甲状腺癌患者进行有效的护理干预，起到了较好的护理防护作用，未出现放射性污染事件，无一例严重不良反应
发生。结论 131I治疗分化型甲状腺癌时制定完整的护理干预计划，可减少患者和公众的医疗辐射，早期发现并
发症并积极预防，配合医师保证治疗计划的有效实施。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nursing intervention in radiation protection of 131I treatment of differen-
tiated thyroid cancer. Methods Sixty-eight differentiated patients who took 131I treatment were included in the study
and were managed by a serial strategy of nursing intervention, the curative ratio and side effect incidents were record-
ed. Also the radiation accidents were described. Results After nursing intervention, a great curative ratio and a rela-
tive low side effect ratio were observed, no radiation leakage or pollution happened to either the public or the hospital
during the study observation. Conclusion Good nursing intervention in radiation protection of 131I treatment of differ-
entiated thyroid cancer could keep the safety of the treatment; also help keeping high curative ratio and low side effect
incidents.
