      【摘要】 目的 比较不同健康教育模式对老年慢性疾病患者治疗态度的影响。方法 选取2009年7月至
2011年6月的118例老年慢性疾病患者为研究对象,随机分为A组与B组各59例,A组采用常规的宣教模式进行
健康教育,B组则采用多样化强化宣教模式进行健康教育,将两组患者健康教育前及后1个月、3个月的疾病知识
的掌握程度、治疗积极性、健康生活习惯保持状况及疾病控制效果进行比较。结果 B组健康教育后1个月、3个
月的疾病知识的掌握程度、治疗积极性、生活习惯保持状况及疾病控制效果均优于A组,不同时段上述指标比
较,P均<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论 多样化强化健康教育在老年慢性疾病患者中的应用效果较好,有
利于提高其治疗积极性。

br>Influence of different models of health education on the treatment attitude of elderly patients with chronic
disease.

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the influence of different models of health education on the treatment atti-
tude of elderly patients with chronic disease. Methods One hundred and eighteen elderly patients with chronic dis-
ease from July 2009 to June 2011 were selected as research objects, which were randomly divided into group A and
group B, with 59 cases in each group. Patients in group A were given routine health education, while those in group B
were given diversified intensive health education. Then the master degree of disease knowledge, treatment enthusiasm,
maintain situation of healthy habits and disease control effect of two groups were compared. Results One month and
three months after the health education, the master degree of disease knowledge, treatment enthusiasm, maintain situa-
tion of healthy habits and disease control effect of group B were significantly better than those of group A (P<0.05).
And the indexes showed statistically significant difference between the two groups at different time point (P<0.05).
Conclusion The effect of diversified intensive health education has significant effect for elderly patients with chron-
ic disease, which can obviously improve the treatment enthusiasm of patients.
