标题：哮喘儿童诱导痰嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白的测定与临床应用

      【摘要】 目的 探讨诱导痰液中嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)测定在儿童哮喘中的应用价值。方法 采
用夹心法酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测77例不同时期、不同程度的哮喘患儿和27例正常儿童诱导痰液中ECP
浓度，便携式肺功能仪测定肺通气功能。结果 哮喘缓解组、轻度间歇组、中重度组诱导痰液中ECP含量[分
别为(47.8±35.6) ?g/L、(90.5±55.4) ?g/L、(150.2±68.4) ?g/L]与对照组[(5.6±20.2) ?g/L]比较差异有统计学意义
(P<0.05)。不同程度哮喘患儿各组间诱导痰液中ECP含量差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。哮喘患儿诱导痰液中
(ECP)含量与1 s用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1.0%)呈显著负相关。结论 诱导痰液中ECP是反映儿童组
中重度哮喘及病情严重程度的客观指标。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application value of the determination of eosinophil cationic protein
(ECP) in induced sputum in children with asthma. Methods ELISA was applied to detect the concentration of ECP in
the induced sputum in 77 children with different degrees of asthma (the asthma remission group, mild intermittent
group, moderate and severe group) and 27 normal children (the control group). A portable spirometer was applied to de-
termine the pulmonary ventilation function. Results The ECP levels in the induced sputum of the asthma remission
group, mild intermittent group, moderate and severe group were (47.8±35.6) μg/L, (90.5±55.4) μg/L, (150.2±68.4) μg/L,
respectively, showing statistically significant difference with that of the control group [(5.6±20.2) μg/L], P<0.05.
Significant different was found in the ECP levels in groups of children with different degrees of asthma (P<0.01).
The level of ECP in induced sputum of asthmatic children was negatively correlated with the forced expiratory vol-
ume in one second (FEV1.0%). Conclusion ECP in induced sputum is an objective index that reflects the severity
of asthma.
