      【摘要】 目的 探讨消化系统恶性肿瘤与糖尿病之间的关系。方法 回顾性分析2006年1月至2011年4月本
院收治的49例胰腺癌、98例肝癌、112例胃癌和125例结直肠癌患者糖尿病患病率，并随机抽查同期骨科年龄、性别
等条件相似的住院患者100例作为研究对照，统计学分析消化系统恶性肿瘤与糖尿病之间的关系。结果 消化系统
恶性肿瘤患者的糖尿病患病率明显高于对照组，胰腺癌组中合并糖尿病最高，为19例（38.8%），肝癌患者中合并糖尿
病者24例(24.5%)，胃癌患者22例(19.6%)，结直肠癌患者27例(21.6%)，显著高于对照组11例(11.0%)。结论 糖
尿病与消化系统恶性肿瘤两者具有相关性。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe clinical characteristics of gastrointestinal cancers and explore the correla-
tion between gastrointestinal cancers and typeⅡ diabetes mellitus. Methods Forty-nine patients with pancreatic can-
cer, 98 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, 125 patients with colorectal cancer, and 112 patients with ganstric
cancer in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from Jan. 2006 to April 2011 were detected for the inci-
dence of type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus. Patients of similar age without gastrointestinal cancer were collected in random
as the control group. The correlation between gastrointestinal cancers and Type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus was analyzed.
Results The incidence of TypeⅡ diabetes mellitus in patients with gastrointestinal cancers was significantly higher
than that in the control group (11.0%). Nineteen patients of pancreatic cancer were found with TypeⅡ diabetes melli-
tus (38.8%), as well as 24 patients of hepatocellular carcinoma (24.4%), 22 patients of ganstric cancer (19.6%), 27 pa-
tients of colorectal cancer (21.6%). Conclusion TypeⅡ diabetes mellitus are associated with increased risk of vari-
ous gastrointestinal cancers.
