      【摘要】 目的 评价血红素加氧酶-1 (HO-1)在白藜芦醇(RES)拮抗阿霉素(DOX)导致淋巴瘤裸鼠动脉内皮
细胞凋亡中的作用。方法 40只雄性Balb/c裸鼠经皮下接种Raji细胞建立淋巴瘤模型后随机分成四组:对照组
(n=10),DOX组(n=10),DOX+RES组(n=10)和DOX+RES+HO-1抑制剂锡原卟啉(ZnPP)组(n=10)。测定颈动脉组
织HO-1、Caspase 3活性。免疫组化方法检测颈动脉HO-1,Bcl-2和Bax表达。应用TUNEL方法检测颈动脉组
织细胞凋亡。结果 DOX+RES组较DOX组颈动脉组织HO-1表达和酶活性明显升高(P<0.01),Bcl-2表达升高
(P<0.01),Bax表达降低(P<0.01),Caspase-3活性降低(P<0.01)。TUNEL结果提示DOX+RES组较DOX组的动脉
内皮凋亡细胞数量明显减少(P<0.01)。RES的上述动脉内皮保护作用被ZnPP明显抑制(P<0.05)。结论 HO-1
参与RES对于DOX致淋巴瘤裸鼠动脉内皮细胞凋亡的拮抗作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the role of HO-1 in the protective effect of resveratrol (RES) against artery
endothelial apoptosis induced by doxorubicin (DOX) in lymphoma nude mice. Methods Forty male Balb/C nude
mice after Raji cells injection were randomly divided into four groups (n=10 for each group): the control group, the
DOX group, the DOX+RES gorup; DOX+RES+ZnPP group. The activity of HO-1 and Caspase 3 were determined,
and the expression of HO-1, Bcl-2 and Bax protein were observed by immunohistochemisty. Furthermore, endothelial
apoptosis was evaluated by TUNEL. Results In the DOX+RES group, the enzymatic activity and HO-1 expression
were enhanced compared with those in the DOX group (P<0.01), with significantly increased expression of Bcl-2 (P<
0.01), decreased expression of Bax (P<0.01), and decreased activity of Caspase-3 (P<0.01). TUNEL results revealed
that the number of artery endothelial cells with apoptosis was significantly less in the DOX+RES group than the DOX

(P<0.05). Conclusion HO-1 plays a role in the protective effect of RES on DOX-induced artery endothelial apopto-
sis in lymphoma nude mice.
