标题：Mammotome旋切术与Vacora旋切术的并发症防治与近期效果观察

      【摘要】 目的 探讨Mammotome旋切术与Vacora旋切术的并发症防治方法，并观察其近期临床效果。
方法 选择50例在超声引导下使用Mammotome旋切术的患者和50例超声引导下使用Vacora旋切术的患者，比
较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血、局麻药总量以及诸如伤口感染、局部瘀血和伤口出血等并发症，对所有患者
随访两年，比较其复发率，并统计肿块大小与切口之间的关系。结果 Mammotome旋切组手术时间显著短于
Vacora旋切组（P<0.05），且局麻药用量显著少于Vacora旋切组（P<0.05），发生局部瘀血以及伤口出血的比率显
著低于Vacora旋切组(P<0.05)，术后伤口大小显著小于Vacora旋切组（P<0.05），两组复发率差异无统计学意义
(P>0.05)。结论 Mammotome旋切术相对于Vacora旋切术操作方便，且避免了取标本后的重复穿刺定位，更适
合于一个人操作，对于钼钯X线拟诊的乳腺良性肿块患者进行旋切推荐使用Mammotome旋切术。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effects and the complications of Mammotome biopsy and
Vacora biopsy. Methods Fifty patients undergoing Mammotome biopsy under ultrasound guidance (Mammotome
group) and 50 patients undergoing Vacora biopsy (Vacora group) were enrolled in this study. The two groups were
compared in terms of operation time, intraoperative bleeding, dosage of local anesthetic and complications (such as
wound infection, local congestion and bleeding of the wound). All the patients were followed up for 2 years, and the
recurrence rate and tumor size and incision were recorded and compared. Results The operation time in Mammo-
tome group was significantly shorter than that in Vacora group (P<0.05), with the dosage of local anesthetic signifi-
