      【摘要】 目的 探讨局部注射曲安奈德后出现局部皮肤色素脱失的原因与治疗措施。方法 3例患者均予
以理疗和口服复合维生素B片、谷维素片治疗。结果 3例患者治疗时间为2~6个月，随访6~18个月，皮肤色素
脱失部位均恢复正常。结论 应用曲安奈德进行痛点封闭治疗慢性运动系统疾病是常用的方法之一，具有操作
简单、起效迅速、持久低廉等优点，但其不良反应需引起足够重视。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the causes and treatment of local skin depigmentation after local in-
jection of triamcinolone acetonide. Methods Three patients of local skin depigmentation were treated by
physical therapy and complex vitamin B tablets as well as Oryzanol Tablets. Results The three patients were
treated for 2~6 months and followed up for 6~18 months. The skin returned to normal. Conclusion Injection
of triamcinolone acetonide in chronic pain point is one of the commonly used methods for treating athletic sys-
tem disorder, which is characterized by simple operation, rapid work, long-lasting effect and low cost, but the
side effects need to be paid sufficient attention.
