      【摘要】 目的 探讨超声成像诊断Oddi括约肌闭锁不全的价值。方法 回顾性分析经X线造影、CT和内
镜等检查证实的11例Oddi括约肌闭锁不全患者资料，与15例无Oddi括约肌闭锁不全者对比。受检者进行了胆
道、胰腺、胃和十二指肠超声成像检查，观察测量饮水400~600 ml前后胆总管内径和是否有十二指肠内容物经胆
总管壶腹部返流进入胆总管，并比较胆总管内径变化。结果 11例Oddi括约肌闭锁不全患者饮水后均出现返流
征和胆总管扩张，对照组无返流征和胆总管扩张，比较二者胆总管内径差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 超
声成像能发现Oddi括约肌闭锁不全返流征和胆总管扩张特征性改变，简便易行，具有推广应用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate incompetence of the sphincter of Oddi using ultrasound. Methods The
Clinical data of 11 patients with incompetence of the sphincter of Oddi (the study group), confirmed by contrast-en-
hanced X ray imaging, CT, and endoscopy, and 15 subjects without incompetence of the sphincter of Oddi (the control
group) were retrospectively reviewed. Abdominal ultrasound was performed in the patients with focus on reflux of liq-
uid from duodenum to common bile duct (CBD) and change of CBD. The sonography was performed at conditions of
12 hours fasting and after intake of 400~600 ml water, before and after pressing the epigastrium, respectively. The cali-
ber of CBD at different conditions were compared between the two groups. Results Reflux of liquid from duodenum
to CBD was found in 11 patients in the study group after water intake, which did not appear in the subjects in the con-
trol group. In the study group, CBD dilated obviously after water intake and became overt when the middle epigastri-
um was pressed. Such phenomena did not occur in the control group. The caliber of CBD showed statistically signifi-
