【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of early rehabilitation intervention on the improvement of limb
function and survivability of patients with cerebral infarction and limb paralysis. Methods Ninety-two patients with
cerebral infarction and limb paralysis in our hospital from March 2009 to September 2011 were selected as research
objects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the observation group, with 46 cas-
es in each group. Patients in the observation group were given early rehabilitation intervention based on the treatment
of the control group. Then the muscle strength, FMA and ADL before intervention, one month and three months after
intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The evaluation results of muscle strength, FMA and
ADL of the observation group after intervention were significantly better than those of the control group, all P<0.05.
Conclusion Early rehabilitation intervention can significantly improve the limb function and survivability of pa-
tients with cerebral infarction and limb paralysis, which has higher value in improving the living state of patients.
