      【摘要】 目的 研究乙酰肝素酶-2 (Hpa-2)在结肠癌组织中的表达及其与各临床病理因素的相关性。
方法 采用免疫组化检测结肠癌组织和癌旁正常结肠组织中Hpa-2蛋白表达情况。结果 结肠癌组织中Hpa-2
蛋白表达阳性率高于癌旁组织，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结肠癌临床分期越高，阳性表达率越高；分化程
度越高，阳性表达率越低；Hpa-2表达在有淋巴结转移组中明显高于无淋巴结转移组(P均＜0.05)。结论 Hpa-2
在结肠癌的进展中起着重要作用，可作为判断大肠癌恶性程度的指标。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression of Heparanase-2 (Hpa-2) protein in colorectal carcinoma
and its relation to clinicopathologic features. Methods The Hpa-2 protein levels were detected in 40 patients of
colorectal carcinoma by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression rates of Hpa-2 in colorectal carci-
noma were significantly higher than those in adjacent normal tissues (P<0.05). The positive expression of Hpa-2 was
associated with TNM stage and lymphnode metastasis. Conclusion Hpa-2 may play a role in the carcinogenesis of
colorectla carcinoma.
