标题：2005-2011年成都市无偿献血员抗-HIV筛查及确证情况分析

      【摘要】 目的 了解无偿献血者HIV感染情况，有针对性地采取措施，保障血液安全。方法 采用两种不
同厂家的ELISA试剂，对献血者标本进行HIV血清标志物筛查，并采用免疫印迹法确认HIV筛查阳性的标本。
结果 成都市 2005年 1月至 2011年 12月抗-HIV确认阳性 309例，平均感染率为 32.09/10万；男性高于女性；年
龄以20~40岁为主。结论 采供血机构应在无偿献血者招募及体检过程中加强排查．并适时调整检测方法，以
保障血液安全。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate HIV infection from voluntary blood donors for taking measures to pro-
tect blood safety. Methods The samples of voluntary blood donors were screened for HIV markers by 2 different re-
agents. Positive samples were confirmed by western blotting. Results 309 samples were verified by HIV confirma-
tion method from January 2005 to December 2011 in Chengdu. The average infection rate was 32.09/100,000. More
men were infected compared with women; more infected persons aged from 20 to 40. Conclusion Blood collection
agencies should strengthen investigation in recruitment and examination of voluntary blood donors, and should opti-
mize screening methods for protecting blood safety.
