      标题:右美托咪啶预防儿童七氟醚麻醉苏醒期躁动的效果

      【摘要】 目的 观察右美托咪啶预防儿童七氟醚麻醉苏醒期躁动及其对血流动力学影响。方法 选取手术
经七氟醚麻醉的儿童60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组在手术开始后静注右美托咪啶,对照组静
注生理盐水,记录并比较两组患儿麻醉期间的心率、血压变化以及恢复期躁动情况。结果 经比较发现:①观察
组患儿T2及T3期MAP明显低于对照组(P<0.05),T0及T1期差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②观察组患儿T1、T2及T3
期HR明显低于对照组(P<0.05),T0期差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);③观察组躁动例数发生明显少于对照组(P<
0.05);④观察组苏醒时间为(24.2±4.4) min,对照组为(15.6±4.1) min,观察组苏醒时间显著延长(P<0.05);④观察组
术后4 h发生嗜睡的例数较对照组明显增多(P<0.05)。结论 右美托咪啶能有效减少七氟醚全麻后的苏醒期躁
动,血流动力学影响较小,临床使用不良反应小。

br>Clinical effect of dexmedetomidine in preventing children agitation between anesthesia recovery period and its
haemodynamics affect.

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of dexmedetomidine in preventing children agitation be-
tween anesthesia recovery period and its haemodynamics affect. Methods Sixty children received sevoflurane anes-
thesia were devided into two groups as observation group and control group, and each group contained 30 children. Af-
ter operation, children in the observation group were injected with dexmedetomidine, while those in the cortrol group
were injected with saline. The clinical parameters of heart rate, blood pressure and agitation of recovery period during
anesthesia were recorded and compared. Results The MAP of observation group during the T2 and T3 was obviously
lower than that in the control group, while the difference was not signtficant during the T0 period between two groups.
The agitation of observation group was sharply inferior to the control group. The time of anesthesia recovery period in
observation group was (24.2±4.4) min, while the control group was (15.6±4.1) min. Conclusion Dexmedetomidine
is safe and can decrease agitation effectively, with small effect on hemodynamic and little side effect .
