标题：“降消”项目在改善农村孕产妇妊娠结局中的效果评价

      【摘要】 目的 探讨“降消”项目在改善农村孕产妇妊娠结局中的效果。方法 2006-2010年每年随机抽取我
区871个行政村的孕妇为研究对象，对每年调查对象对围生期保健知识的掌握程度、对围生期常规检查参与情况、住
院分娩率、孕产妇系统管理率及母婴妊娠结局情况进行调查比较。结果 2006年与2007年上述指标差异无统计学
意义(P＞0.05)，2008年优于2006与2007年，而2008-2010年呈现持续改善的趋势(P＜0.05)，差异均有统计学意义。
结论 “降消”项目在持续改善农村孕产妇妊娠结局中的效果非常明显，在农村孕产妇中具有较高的推广价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of“Reducing and Eliminating”items in improving the pregnancy
outcome of rural pregnant women. Methods The pregnant women from 871 administrative villages in Hanbin Dis-
trict of Ankang city from 2006 to 2010 were randomly selected as research object every year. The mastering of health
knowledge during perinatal period, the participation situation of routine examination during perinatal period, hospital-
ized delivery rate, management rate of maternal system, maternal and neonatal outcomes were investigated and com-
pared. Results These items of 2006 and 2007 showed no statistically significant differences (P>0.05), while those of
2008 were significantly better than those of 2006 and 2007. The items showed continuous improvement form 2008 to
2010, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion “Reducing and Eliminating”items have contin-
uous effect in improving the pregnancy outcome of rural pregnant women, which owns high extension value.
