标题：家庭日常参与式治疗对脑瘫患儿智力发育的影响

      【摘要】 目的 探讨家庭日常参与式治疗对脑瘫患儿智力发育的影响。方法 选取我院 2010年 1月至
2011年12月收治的50例脑瘫患儿为研究对象，对该组患儿实施家属日常生活参与式治疗，采用GESEⅡ发育诊
断量表测家庭参与前后患儿的发育商DQ，并比较患儿家庭治疗前后日常生活能力十项指标的变化。结果 该
组脑瘫患者的DQ轻度、中度、重度障碍方面均显著优于之前，P<0.05，且在洗手、梳头、进餐、穿衣等生活能力指
标方面的评分均显著高于家庭参与前，P<0.05。结论 家属参与式治疗有利于家属对脑瘫康复知识的认知，提
高家属的配合治疗能力，促进脑瘫患儿的智力发育。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the impact of family-involved treatment on the intelligence development
of children with cerebral palsy. Methods Fifty patients with cerebral palsy admitted in our hospital from January
2010 to December 2011 were enrolled in this study. The patients were treated with family-involved treatment. The de-
velopmental quotient (DQ) was assessed with GESEⅡ development diagnosis scale after treatment, and the changes
in the ten indexes of daily life ability were observed. Results The DQ of mild, moderate, and severe obstacles were
significantly improved after treatment in all the patients (P<0.05). The daily life abilities such as washing hands, comb-
ing hair, dining, clothing were significantly improved after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Family-involved treat-
ment can help the family members improve their knowledge of cerebral palsy and their ability of treatment, as well as
facilitate the intelligence development of children with cerebral palsy.
