标题：76例青年脑梗死患者危险因素分析

      【摘要】 目的 探讨青年脑梗死的危险因素。方法 对76例青年脑梗死患者临床资料进行分析。结果 在
76例青年脑梗死患者的危险因素中高血压 36例 (47.4%)，高脂血症 42例(55.3%)，糖尿病 9例(11.8%)，肥胖 8例
(10.5%)，吸烟 37例(48.7%)，饮酒 21例(27.6%)，心脏病史 7例(9.2%)，脑卒中家族史 12例(15.8%)，不明原因 5例
(6.6%)。结论 青年脑梗死的危险因素多种多样，但绝大多数是几种危险因素一起作用的结果。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the risk factors resulting in cerebral infarction in young people.
Methods The clinical data of 76 young patients of cerebral infarction were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among
the risk factors in the 76 cases, hypertension was found in 36 cases (47.4%), with hyperlipidemia in 42 cases (55.3%),
diabetes in 9 cases (11.8%) obesity in 8 cases (10.5%), smoke in 37 cases (48.7%), drinking in 21 cases (27.6%), histo-
ry of heart disease in 7 cases (9.2%), family history of stroke in 12 cases (15.8%), and unknown etiology in 5 cases
(6.6%). Conclusion The risk factors of cerebral infarction in young people are complicated, but the disease is mostly
caused by multiple risk factors concurrently.
