标题：乙型肝炎患者血清中TLR2和TLR4的表达及其意义

      【摘要】 目的 检测乙肝患者血清标本中 TLR2和 TLR4的含量，关注其表达特征，探讨其表达的意
义。方法 本实验以 130例乙肝患者的血清标本作为观察组，60例正常体检成人的血清标本作为对照组，应
用酶联免疫吸附实验检测二组中 TLR2和 TLR4的表达，分析其在不同临床病理特征之间意义及相互关系。
结果 乙肝患者血清中 TLR2和 TLR4的表达明显高于对照组 [(85.46±15.46) ng/L vs (28.75±2.35) ng/L；
(100.23±23.25) ng/L vs (64.34±4.32) ng/L]，血清中TLR2和TLR4的含量与乙肝患者病情的严重程度有关，乙型肝
炎患者血清中TLR2和TLR4的表达呈正相关(P=0.021 4，r=0.39)。结论 乙型肝炎患者血清中TLR2和TLR4高
表达，二者可能具有协同作用。联合检测血清中TLR2和TLR4的含量可能与判断病情的严重程度有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expression of TLR2 and TLR4, and to investigate the clinical signifi-
cance. Methods One hundred and thirty patients of hepatitis B were selected as the observation group, while 60
healthy adults were selected as the control group. The expression of TLR2 and TLR4 were detected in two groups. The
clinical significance of different pathological features and the correlation were analyzed. Results The expression of
TLR2 and TLR4 were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group, (85.46 ± 15.46) ng/L vs
(28.75±2.35) ng/L and (100.23±23.25) ng/L vs (64.34±4.32) ng/L. There were significant correlation between the ex-
pression of TLR2, TLR4 and the severity of the disease. There was obvious positive correlation between the expres-
sion of TLR2 and TLR4 in the observation group (P=0.021 4, r=0.39). Conclusion The expression of TLR2 and
TLR4 may promote the development of hepatitis B. The combined examination of TLR2 and TLR4 may be helpful for
predicting the severity of hepatitis B.
