标题：同种异体肌腱重建喙锁韧带治疗肩锁关节脱位18例分析

      【摘要】 目的 探讨同种异体肌腱重建喙锁韧带在肩锁关节脱位治疗中的应用价值。方法 使用同种异
体肌腱重建喙锁韧带的方法治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位患者18例，术后通过Karlsson标准进行疗效的综合评
定。结果 本组18例患者无一例发生神经、血管损伤等并发症，总体优良率为88.9%。结论 同种异体肌腱移植
重建喙肩韧带用于肩锁关节的治疗可在很大程度上减轻患者损伤，缩短手术时间，但在手术过程中需注意避免
损伤血管和神经。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament with al-
logenic tendon in the treatment of acromino-clavicular joint dislocation. Methods 18 patients with Tossy-Ⅲ acromi-
noclavicular joint dislocation were treated with reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament with allogenic tendon. The
curative effects were evaluated comprehensively based on Karlsson evalustion standard. Results There were no vas-
cular injuries or neurotrosis. The total good and excellent rate was 88.9%. Conclusion Reconstruction of coracocla-
vicular ligament with allogenic tendon can reduce injury of patients and shorten the operation time. We should avoid
damaging the blood vessels and nerves durign the operation.
