      标题:中药黄芩有效成分黄芩苷在牙周病防治中的实验研究

      【摘要】 目的 探讨中药黄芩有效成分黄芩苷在牙周病防治中的的临床应用。方法 选取在本院就诊的
100例牙周病患者进行治疗,随机分成两组,即LPS组、黄芩苷+ LPS组,每组50例,另取无牙周病健康体检者50
例作为对照,加入黄芩苷,即为黄芩苷组。其中黄芩苷的浓度为0.1 μg/ml,LPS浓度为100 μg/ml,三组在基本培
养基的基础上加入相应的效应物质,采用细胞培养技术进行体外培养人牙周膜细胞(PDLC),应用噻唑盐比色测
定法测定PDLC由脂多糖(LPS)介导增殖的时间效应,用流式细胞仪技术测定PDLC由LPS介导细胞周期的影
响,比较三组之间的差异。结果 经细胞培养,三组在酶标仪A490 nm处检测,黄芩苷组OD值为(0.341±0.034),
LPS组为(0.192±0.023),黄芩苷+ LPS组为(0.249±0.026)。黄芩苷组与LPS组比较,t=27.2947,P<0.01;黄芩苷组
与黄芩苷+ LPS组比较,t=16.078 6,P<0.01;黄芩苷+ LPS组与LPS组比较,t=11.610 9,P<0.01:各组OD值比较,
差异均有显著统计学意义。结论 对中药黄芩有效成分的研究可为牙周病的防治提供实验依据;桂西中医药材
资源丰富,加工手艺简单,成本低,具有地方特色,中药黄芩有效成分的推广应用可带来良好的社会效益。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of baicalin, the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medi-
cine Scutellaria, in the prevention and control of periodontal diseases in clinical application. Methods One hundred
patients of periodontal diseases in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the LPS group
and the baicalin+LPS group, each with 50 cases. Fifty healthy individuals treated with baicalin were enrolled as the ba-
icalin group. Baicalin (0.1μg/ml) and LPS (100 μg/ml) were added correspondingly into the three groups on the basis
of the basic medium. The cells were cultured in vitro in human periodontal ligament cells (PDLC). Thiazole salt colori-
metric determination method was applied for the determination of PDLC by LPS-mediated proliferation effect, and
flow cytometry was used to determine the impact of the PDLC by the LPS-mediated cell cycle. The difference be-
tween the three groups was compared. Results The OD value at A490 nm was (0.341±0.034) in the baicalin group,
(192±0.023) in the LPS group, and (0.249±0.026) in the baicalin+LPS group. Statistically significant difference was
found in the OD values between the three groups (P<0.01). Conclusion The study of the active ingredients of tradi-
tional Chinese medicine Scutellaria provides significant basis for the prevention and treatment of periodontal diseases.
In western Guangxi province, where the Chinese medicinal resources are rich and characterized by simple processing
and low cost, the application and popularization of baicalin would bring about great social benefits.
