      【摘要】 目的 总结脊髓损伤(Spinal cord injury,SCI)标本成功制备需要特别注意的事项,为SCI的实验研
究提供有价值的参考。方法 60只SD大鼠随机分为加强饲养组(A组)和常规饲养组(B组),两组均采用改良
Allen法打击造成急性挫伤型SCI模型,分别实施预定饲养措施饲养1周,观察其并发症及死亡情况。结果
型制备后第1天A组和B组大鼠的BBB评分、斜坡试验角度值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),模型制备后第7天,
A组和B组大鼠的BBB评分、斜坡试验角度值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组大鼠死亡率为26.67%,B组死亡
率为56.67%,B组大鼠死亡率明显高于A组。结论 严格、恰当的制备措施能够明显降低挫伤型SCI大鼠模型的
死亡率,有效提高样本量。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and summarize the best way to establish the rat model of acute spinal cord
injury (SCI), and to provide reference for the study of SCI. Methods Sixty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly di-
vided into group A and group B, with 30 rats in each group. Group A adopted positive nursing measures, while group
B applied routine nursing. The mortality and complications were observed after one week. Results The BBB scores
and slope angle values showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups on the first day after the
establishment of the rat model (P>0.05), while showed statistically significant difference on the seventh day after the
establishment (P<0.05). The mortality of group A was 26.67%, significantly lower than 56.67% of group B (P<0.05).
Conclusion Effective nursing measures can raise the survival rate and reduce the mortality, thus is helpful to the ani-
mal experiment.
