      【摘要】 目的 探讨缬沙坦对原发性高血压患者血流及心室重构的影响。方法 选取2010年8月至2011
年7月于本院进行治疗的114例原发性高血压患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将所有患者随机分为对照组
和观察组，各57例，对照组采用贝那普利进行治疗，观察组则采用缬沙坦治疗，比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后3
个月、6个月的冠脉血流及左心室重构情况。结果 治疗前两组患者的冠脉血流及左心室重构指标差异均无统
计学意义(P>0.05)，而观察组治疗后3个月、6个月的冠脉血流及左心室重构指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)，且
观察组治疗后3个月和6个月均优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论 缬沙坦对原发性高血压患者血流及心室重构的影
响明显，临床疗效显著。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of valsartan on the blood flow and ventricular remodeling in pa-
tients with essential hypertension. Methods One hundred and forty patients with essential hypertension in our hospi-
tal from August 2010 to July 2011 were selected as research objects. The patients were divided into the control group
and the study group according to random number table, with 57 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were
treated with benazepril, while those in the study group were treated with valsartan based on that of the control group.
Then the blood flow and ventricular remodeling before treatment, 3 and 6 months after treatment were compared be-
tween the two groups. Results Before treatment, the blood flow and ventricular remodeling had no statistically sig-
nificant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The improvement degree of blood flow and ventricular remodel-
ing in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group. And the indexes in the study group 3
and 6 months after treatment were significantly better than those before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion The influ-
ence of valsartan on the blood flow and ventricular remodeling of patients with essential hypertension is obvious, and
the clinical effect for hypertension is remarkable.
