      标题:坐骨神经阻滞对后足切割大鼠脊髓中脑源性神经营养因子表达的影响

      【摘要】 目的 探究坐骨神经阻滞能否影响大鼠后足切割后脊髓背角中脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)表达
的升高。方法 雄性SD大鼠32只,体重150~250 g,随机分为两组,各16只。坐骨神经阻滞组大鼠先行坐骨神
经阻滞后后足切割手术,全麻组在全麻下行后足切割手术。两组均于术后1 h、6 h、1 d、3 d各取4只大鼠处死,检
测腰段脊髓背角中BDNF的水平。结果 后足切割后1 h、6 h、1 d,全麻组大鼠切割侧腰段脊髓背角中BDNF水
平显著高于对侧(P<0.05),坐骨神经阻滞组大鼠切割侧腰段脊髓背角中BDNF水平未见明显变化(P>0.05),两组
大鼠切割后1 h、6 h、1 d切割侧腰段脊髓背角中BDNF水平间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 坐骨神经
阻滞能显著抑制大鼠后足切割引起的腰段脊髓背角中BDNF的表达升高。

incision in rats.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of sciatic nerve block on the level of brain derived neuro-
trophic factor (BDNF) in the spinal cord following hindpaw incision in rats. Methods Thirty-two male S-D rats
weighing 150~250 g were randomly divided into two groups, with 16 rats in each group. The rats in Group A were
hind-paw incised following sciatic nerve block, and those in group B were hindpaw-incised under general anesthesia.
Four rats in each group were randomly selected and sacrificed 1 h, 6 h, 1 d, 3 d after the operation. The levels of
BDNF were detected in their spinal cord. Results In group B, the levels of BDNF in the ipsilateral lumbar spinal cord
was unregulated 1 h, 6 h, 1 d after hindpaw incision (P<0.05). In group A, the levels of BDNF in the lumbar spinal cord
showed no significant change during the experiment (P>0.05). Statistically significant difference was found in the levels
of BDNF in ipsilateral lumbar spinal cord 1 h, 6 h, 1 d after incision between the two groups. Conclusion Sciatic
nerve block can significantly restrain the upregulation of the levels of BDNF in the lumbar spinal cord following hind-
paw incision in rats.
