标题：拉西地平联合贝那普利治疗老年高血压患者36例疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 探讨拉西地平联合贝那普利对高龄老年高血压的治疗效果。方法 将我院收治的72例高
龄老年高血压患者随机分为实验组(n=37)以及对照组(n=35)，实验组采用拉西地平联合贝那普利治疗，对照组采
用贝那普利治疗。治疗期间，每周测定患者血压，并对患者的临床症状以及不良反应的发生、血糖、血脂以及心
脏超声等进行检查。结果 两组患者血压控制以及治疗有效率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，但实验组患者次要
事件发生机会以及停药例数明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 拉西地平联合贝那普利治疗高龄老年高血压患
者可减少患者不良事件的发生，改善患者预后。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of lacidipine combined with benazepril for the treatment of hyperten-
sion in the elderly. Methods Seventy-two cases of elderly hypertensive patients were randomly divided into experi-
mental group and control group, with 36 patients in the experimental group and 35 patients in control group, Patients
in experimental group were treated with lacidipine combined with benazepril, while those in control group were treat-
ed with benazepril. Results There were not statistically significant of blood pressure between control group and experimen-
tal group; the incidence of secondary events and withdrawal patients in experimental group was significantly lower than
those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Lacidipine combined with benazepril can reduce the incidence of ad-
verse events in the elderly hypertensive patients, and hence improve the prognosis of patients.
