标题：白蛋白治疗自发性脑出血的疗效研究

      【摘要】 目的 观察20%人血白蛋白注射液对自发性脑出血(ICH）的疗效。方法 将82例自发性脑出血患者
随机分为试验组和对照组各41例，对照组予以常规治疗，试验组除常规治疗外，在入院第1天给予20%人血白蛋白
10 g，2次/d静滴，共10 d，在入院第1天、第10天、第20天进行头颅CT，根据CT对血肿及血肿周围低密度区体积进行
记录，同时进行NIHSS评分，并评价疗效。结果 试验组血肿周围低密度区及血肿体积在第10天、第20天明显小于
对照组，神经功能改善优于对照组，试验组临床有效率(75.6%)显著高于对照组 (48.8%)。结论 脑出血患者早期应
用人血白蛋白治疗，可有效减轻脑水肿，促进血肿吸收，促进神经功能恢复。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of human albumin in the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage

trol group, each with 41 cases. Patients in the control group were treated by routine therapy (cerebral edema, protec-
tive neuron, etc), while those in the study group were treated by intravenous injection of 10 g human albumin twice
per day for 10 d. CT was performed at admission, on the 10th day and 20th day after admission. NIHSS was used to
evaluate the defect of neurological function, with the curative effect evaluated. Results On the 10th day and 20th
day, the perihematomal low-density area and hematoma volume in the study group were smaller than those in the con-
trol group, and the neurological function in the study group was better than that in the control group. The clinical effec-
tive rate of the study group (75.6%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (48.8%). Conclusion For
patients with ICH, treatment with human albumin could reduce the degree of cerebral edema, promote the absorption
of hematoma and the improvement of neurological function .
