标题：阑尾炎的超声诊断与术后病理类型对照分析

      【摘要】 目的 对照分析急性阑尾炎的超声图像与术后病理类型。方法 应用飞利浦 iu22彩色多普勒超
声诊断仪，将75例急性阑尾炎患者的超声图像与术后病理类型进行比对分析。结果 与术后病理对照，75例急
性阑尾炎患者中，术前超声检出65例，诊断符合率为87% (65/75)。其中单纯性阑尾炎诊断符合率为64% (7/11)；
化脓性阑尾炎诊断符合率为86% (37/43)；坏疽性阑尾炎诊断符合率为100% (8/8)；阑尾穿孔诊断符合率为100%
(13/13)。结论 超声可以客观判断急性阑尾炎的不同病理类型，能为临床提供可靠的影像依据，有利于临床选
择合理的治疗方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare and analyze the ultrasonography of acute appendicitis and the post-opera-
tive pathological type. Methods Applying PHILIPS iu22 Color Doppler Ultrasonography, the ultrasonography of 75
patients with acute appendicitis were compared with post-operative pathological type. Results Compared with the
post-operative pathological type, 65 of the 75 cases (87%,65/75) of acute appendicitis were detected by pre-operative
ultrasonography, including 7 cases of simple appendicitis (64%, 7/11), 37 cases of suppurative appendicitis (86%, 37/
43), 8 cases of gangrenous appendicitis (100%, 8/8), and 13 cases of Perforated appendix (100%, 13/13). Conclusion
Ultrasonography can accurately and objectively diagnose different pathological types of acute appenditicis, which
supplies sound proof to choose reasonable clinic therapy.
