标题：针刺疗法治疗脊髓损伤性尿潴留30例临床分析

      【摘要】 目的 探讨针刺疗法治疗脊髓损伤性尿潴留的临床疗效。方法 对 30例脊髓损伤性尿潴留且
膀胱残余尿量量≥50 ml的患者进行针刺治疗(主穴：中脘、气海、关元、中极、足三里、阴陵泉、三阴交、大钟)。
结果 治疗两个疗程后，痊愈8例，显效12例，有效7例，无效3例，总有效率90%。结论 该针刺疗法改善脊髓
损伤性尿潴留的疗效确切，安全可靠，无不良反应，易于推广，经济适用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of urinary re-
tention after spinal cord injury. Methods Thirty patients of urinary retention after spinal cord injury with the residual
urine volume no less than 50 ml, were treated by acupuncture therapy. Results After two courses of treatment, 8 pa-
tients recovered, 12 patients markedly ameliorated, 7 patients ameliorated, while the other 3 patients did not response
to the therapy. The total effective rate of the treatment was 90%. Conclusion Acupuncture therapy is safe and effec-
tive for improving urinary retention after spinal cord injury, which is affordable and easy for extension, with no ad-
verse reactions.
