标题：高压氧治疗脑外伤后综合征213例疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 探讨高压氧治疗脑外伤后综合征的疗效。方法 对213例脑外伤后综合征患者采用高压氧
治疗，观察高压氧治疗不同疗程的疗效、对不同症状的疗效、长期效果、重复治疗的疗效及高压氧治疗的不良反
应。结果 第 1、第 2及第 3个疗程的症状缓解率分别为 81.2%、80.8%及 56.9%。失眠、疲劳及头晕的缓解率较
高，注意力集中障碍、神经过敏的缓解率相对较低。随访4个月以上者有61例(29.9%)症状复发或缓解后又加重，
再次接受高氧压治疗中仍有87.2%的患者获得缓解。38例(17.8%)患者出现不良反应，仅2例退出，其余反应轻微
并很快缓解。结论 高压氧治疗脑外伤后综合征疗效显著，不良反应轻微而且较少，可以考虑将高压氧作为脑
外伤后综合征的常规治疗方案。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on post-traumatic brain syn-
drome. Methods 213 patients with post-traumatic brain syndrome were treated with HBO. The effect of different
symptoms, long-term effect, the effect of repeated treatment and side effect were investigated. Results The remis-
sion rates of the first, second and third course were 81.2%, 80.8% and 56.9%, respectively. The remission rates of in-
somnia, fatigue and dizziness were higher, while those of attention deficit disorder and nervous were relatively lower.
Among the patients followed up over 4 months, symptom recurrence or increasing occurred in 61 cases (29.9%). The
remission rate was 87.2% in those underwent HBO again. Side effect occurred in 38 cases (17.8%), 2 cases of which
quit, the rest with mild symptom improved soon. Conclusion With mild and rare side effect, HBO is significantly ef-
fective for treating post-traumatic brain syndrome, which can be considered as a routine therapy for post-traumatic
brain syndrome.
