标题：依那普利联用硝苯地平缓释片治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压的疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 观察依那普利联合硝苯地平治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的疗效。方法 选取我院内分
泌科2008年8月至2011年8月间治疗的70例2型糖尿病合并高血压的患者为研究对象。随机将这些患者分两
组，对照组35例给予口服依那普利治疗；实验组35例在对照组治疗基础上加用硝苯地平缓释片。观察两组患者
在治疗前后血压、血糖的控制及血清肌酐、尿素氮、血钾及24 h尿微量蛋白方面的情况。结果 实验组治疗有效
率高达100%，而对照组有效率为85.71%，提示实验组治疗效果明显好于对照组(P<0.05)；实验组血糖控制、血清
肌酐、尿素氮及24 h尿微量蛋白定量的改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)，但是在血钾的控制上两组差异无统计
学意义(P>0.05)。结论 使用依那普利联合硝苯地平治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压可有效控制患者的血糖和血压，
并降低血清肌酐、尿素氮及24 h尿微量蛋白的情况，应广泛推荐临床使用。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of Enalapril combined with Nifedipine in the treatment of pa-
tients with type 2 diabetic complicated by hypertension. Methods Seventy patients with type 2 diabetic complicated
by hypertension in the Department of Endocrinology in our hospital from August 2008 to August 2011 were selected
for this study. The patients were divided into two groups: the control group (35 cases) received oral enalapril, and the
study group (35 cases) was treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets on the basis of the control group. The
blood pressure, blood glucose control, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, serum potassium and 24-hour urine protein
were observed before and after treatment. Results The effective rate was 100% in the study group, significantly high-
er than 85.71% in the control group (P<0.05). The improvements in blood glucose control, serum creatinine, urea ni-
trogen and 24-hour urine protein were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The two groups
showed no statistically significant difference on the control of serum potassium (P>0.05). Conclusion For patients
with type 2 diabetic complicated by hypertension, Enalapril combined with Nifedipine can effectively control the
blood glucose and blood pressure, reduce serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, 24-hour urine protein, which is worthy to
be widely recommended in clinical pracitce.
