标题：内镜下高频电凝切除术与氩离子凝固术治疗大肠息肉疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 比较内镜下高频电凝切除术和氩离子凝固术(APC)治疗大肠息肉的疗效。方法 收集我院
2009年 5月至 2011年 5月两年治疗的大肠息肉患者共 320例，随机分为两组，一组行高频电凝切除，另一组行
APC治疗，比较两组治愈率以及出血、穿孔等并发症发生率。结果 APC组治愈率为100%，明显高于高频电凝
切除术组的 96.33%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)，高频电凝切除组出血并发症发生率为 10%，高于APC组的
1.25%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)，两组都无穿孔等严重并发症发生。结论 与高频电凝切除术相比，APC治
疗消化道息肉出血并发症少，治愈率高，是临床安全有效的治疗方法，值得推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical effects of endoscopic high-frequency electroblation and argon-
plasma coagulation (APC) in the treatment of large intestinal polypi. Methods A total of 320 patients with large in-
testinal polypi were randomly divided into high-frequency electroblation group (160 cases) and APC group (160 cas-
es). The complications, such as hemorrhage and perforation were observed. The recovery rates were compared be-
tween the two groups. Results The cure rate of the APC group was 100% , significantly higher than 96.33% of
high-frequency electroblation group (P<0.01). The incidence of complications in high-frequency electroblation group
was 10%, significantly higher than 1.25% in the APC group (P<0.01). No case of intestinal perforation occurred in
both groups. Conclusion Argonplasma coagulation is a safe and effective for treating large intestinal polypi. It can
reduce the complications and increase the recovery rate, which worth recommending in foundational hospitals.
