标题：肛门内括约肌部分切断术治疗肛裂50例疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 探讨肛门内括约肌部分切断术治疗肛裂的临床疗效。方法 选取肛裂患者100例，随机分
为观察组与对照组各50例，观察组给予肛裂切除术与肛门内括约肌部分切断术，对照组仅给予肛裂切除术。记
录两组患者VAS疼痛指数、服用止痛药曲马多的剂量、伤口愈合时间、肛门形态与功能。结果 两组患者全部治
愈，均未发生肛门失禁，在伤口愈合时间上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组术后VAS疼痛指数及服用止痛药
的剂量显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 肛门内括约肌部分切断术治疗肛裂疗效显著，值得推广。
