      【摘要】 目的 调查分析社区服务中心就诊患者的护理需求程度。方法 选取2014年4~6月在我院社区服务
中心就诊的900例患者为调查对象，调查其对护理服务态度、沟通能力、就诊水平、医疗环境、自身需求满足程度的
需求程度，同时比较患者中不同性别、年龄、文化程度、疾病种类及流动或常住者对护理需求的差异。结果 900例
社区服务中心就诊患者对护理各个方面的需求程度均较高，女性与男性对护理态度需求程度分别为 88.24%
(390/442)和 67.28% (308/458)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，而对护理其他方面的需求程度比较差异均无统计学意
义(P>0.05)；不同年龄、文化程度、疾病种类及流动或常住者对护理各方面需求程度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<
0.05)。结论 社区服务中心就诊患者对护理各个方面的需求程度较高，且不同性别、年龄、文化程度、疾病种类及
流动、常住者的护理各方面需求程度也各有特点，应根据其对护理需求的特点进行针对性的干预。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze the nursing demand of patients in Community Service Cen-
ter. Methods Nine hundred patients in Community Service Center from April 2014 to June 2014 were selected as the
research subjects, and the demand of the patients for various aspects of nursing was evaluated, including service attitude,
communication ability, medical treatment level, medical environment and satisfaction degree of self-demand. The de-
mand degree of patients with different gender, age, education degree, disease types, permanent or non-permanent resi-
dence were compared. Results The demand degree of the 900 patients for various aspects of nursing was high. The de-
mand degree of females and males for service attitude were 88.24% (390/442) and 67.28% (308/458), with statistically
significant difference (P<0.05), and the demand degree for other nursing aspects showed no significant difference be-
tween females and males (all P>0.05). The demand degree of patients with different age, education degree, disease
types, permanent or non-permanent residence for various aspects of nursing all had statistically significant differences
(all P<0.05). Conclusion The demand degree of patients for various aspects of nursing in Community Service Center
is high, and the demand of patients with different gender, ages, education degree, disease types, permanent or non-perma-
nent residence for various aspects of nursing are characteristic. Targeted intervention should be given according to the
characteristics of nursing demand.
